ARE THERE ANY SETUP OR CANCELLATION FEES?
If we are building or redesigning your website; there is no setup fee if completed as part of the project.
If it’s been more than six months since we built your site or if you have made changes to the site and it’s been longer than six months, there is a $100 setup fee.
If we didn’t build your site: The setup fee starts at $100. Contact us to get a quote.
Is Support, Design, Development, Consulting, etc., unlimited?
Your plan includes up to 1 hour per month of support, design, development, consulting, etc (Some plans include additional hours). After that, time is billed at $97 per hour. D2strategies. will send you an invoice for the additional time/work.
DOES MY MONTHLY UPDATE TIME ROLL OVER?
The Consulting/Design/Development hours do not roll over from one month to the next.
WHAT IF I HAVE UPDATES THAT REQUIRE MORE THAN 1 HOUR?
To save you money, we’ll always try to complete your updates within your monthly allotted time frame, but if you have a large amount of updates that will require more hours, we’ll give you an estimate of time prior to completing any work.

YES! We can offer you website hosting and tie it in with our maintenance plan for a discounted monthly or annual rate. Contact us for a quote!
Are there any long-term commitments or contracts?
The service is billed month-to-month until you cancel. However, you can save money by selecting our annual plan.
HOW FAST DO YOU GET TO THE MONTHLY UPDATES?
We strive to get the updates installed within 24-48hrs, however, our typical time frame is weekly. As a monthly client, you always get top priority compared to clients who aren’t on the plan.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due before maintenance service begins. The low monthly fee is billed to your credit card on a recurring basis month.
Can my WordPress development hour be applied towards a larger project?
Yes. For example, during the month of March, you have a project that requires 6 hours of development time. You will receive a 1-hour credit for that project (i.e., you will only pay for 5 hours of development time at the discounted rate).
What does WordPress Maintenance cover?
Everything related to maintaining your current website. (Please see a detailed listing of our plans)
For example, adding new features; consulting; additional training; creating new website pages, and much more are considered separate projects. Please contact us if your unsure and have any additional questions about this.
